Mistakes and Corrections in Flexible Product Development

Here we list the known flaws in the book, Flexible Product Development. They are listed by printing of the book, and we plan to correct them in each printing. So if you have printing N, the mistakes listed before N should be corrected and any from N on will still be in your copy. (You can ascertain your printing at the bottom of the copyright page -- back of the title page; the lowest number showing in the reverse string of numbers is your printing.)
